Tiny, tiny hands on a tiny, tiny little guy (and a handsome one at that!)... Nearly a week after he was born, I finally got to meet my friend Heather's new baby, Grayson, last night... In a word? DELISH!!!Labels: baby

LONDON (AFP) - A pair of gay flamingos have adopted an abandoned chick, becoming parents after being together for six years, a British conservation organisation said Monday.
As one of the dwindling holdouts of my age group (for now), I still find it weird to watch a lot of my friends becoming parents -- some several times over! One of my oldest and best friends in the world, Heather, just had her first child last week, a little boy named Robert Grayson (Gray). Of course that's him there to the left -- is he not just absolutely delicious!?
Speaking of friends' babies, I forgot to post that one there to the right of me with my college pal Amanda's little boy, Shep... And yes, it appears as though he's giving my cleavage a thorough "look-see", doesn't it? Hee, hee... It was just a stroke of luck that Amanda & I happened to be at the beach at the same time (especially since she lives in Kentucky!)... I'm just glad I finally got to the meet the little guy (and visit with her, too, of course)! What a cutie...Labels: kids babies

Ahhh, sweet Kitty Bug (above)... my poor, tortured little photo subject of late... Little does she know, but she has an appointment on Thursday to be spayed. I love kittens, but I can't have kittens, you know? Not to mention, how can I bitch about pet overpopulation if I don't act myself. All of my family's pets are fixed, actually, now that I think about it. It's just what we've always done. Bob Barker would be pleased. But I digress... More of poor Kitty Bug's sweet little mug:
She's a little hard to photograph too well because she spends more times trying to shove her head under my hand, trying to get some more rubs and pats... I guess it's a pretty lucky stray kitty that happens to wander up to my door and hang around (she's already spoiled rotten, despite being an outside cat). What can I say, think it's quite obvious that I turn into total mush when it comes to animals. I'm a sucker... ;)Labels: kitty cat

And I can't leave out the GREAT VIEW that we had sitting right in front of us:
Yep. You saw it correctly.... I really love the tennis shoes & socks with the banana hammock -- very stylish! And mind you, he would NOT just sit down and be still -- he was up and down, up and down, all day long. Hell, wouldn't you want to show off a that bod if you had it!?A fun time was definitely had by all -- that is, once Kapree got everything re-packed the car and we actually hit the road (a mere 3 hours behind schedule!)... She just about killed me for taking that picture (probably even more-so for making it the cover of my Shutterfly album for that weekend!), but just check out that tight ass of hers... ha, ha!
