Oh my god. I just wrote a fricking novel and lost the damned thing.
Sigh.
I can't recreate it, but the gist of it is that using anger in a positive way has always worked for me. Tell yourself that you did what you could and that the situation can't change, so what are you going to do about it? That's the harsh but truthful voice in my head when something happens and after I've had a few days of shoulder-shaking sobs.
That and good alcohol, good friends and a warm, chubby dog do wonders. (Not necessarily in that order.)
I'm thinking of you. If you want to talk, drop me a line. Keep your head up.
"That in which not kills us, makes us stronger" - these not being my words, but they have been my saving grace for soooo many years. I know, it sounds clich'e or whatever...but it is so very true.

Thanks so much to ALL OF YOU!!! Seriously, it means so much...
"This, too, shall pass." God, I hope so... & with his help, it will...
Chin is up. For now... ;)
What is going on? I must know. Send me an email if you have a chance ... whatever it is ... I'm thinking of you!
